Held on October 15 at City Winery Chicago, the Tastewise Growth Summit brought together senior executives from brands like PepsiCo, Kraft Heinz, McDonald’s, and Campbell’s to explore how AI and data are reshaping food innovation.
Key sessions: including “Reinventing Growth with AI” and “Inside the Mind of Gen Z”, focused on how real-time consumer signals can guide smarter product development, marketing, and culinary creativity.
For Vilore, the message was clear: combining authenticity with AI-driven intelligence will accelerate how we innovate and connect with today’s multicultural consumers. NACS Show 2025, Redefining the Convenience Experience
Just across town at McCormick Place, another group of Vilore executives explored the NACS Show 2025 (October 14–17), the world’s leading event for the convenience-store and fuel-retail industry. More than 23,000 professionals and 1,200 exhibitors filled the 430,000-square-foot expo floor, showcasing the next wave of retail innovation, from next-gen POS systems to enhanced food-service concepts.
