Since its inception in 1987, Totis has dedicated itself to delivering a wide variety of snacks that cater to all tastes and preferences. From its humble beginnings with wheat-based products like donuts and pork rinds, Totis has evolved into a major player with a diverse product lineup.
In 1994, the brand expanded with a new plant in Tizayuca, Hidalgo, where it began producing extruded products such as QueTotis® and popcorn. The following years marked significant growth and innovation. In 2005, Totis opened a new plant in Comitán, Chiapas, and started exporting to the United States and Central America. Totis joined the La Costeña® family in 2012, further expanding its reach.
The introduction of Pap's® potato chips in 2013 and the acquisition of Nipon® peanuts in 2017 diversified their offerings even more.
